Audio Pro Network Web App License

1. Who this is between

This license is between you and Audio Pro Network Inc., a New York corporation ("APN," "we," "us"). It covers the free web apps at audiopronetwork.com/apps. By using a web app, you agree to this license.

2. Your license

We give you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our web apps in your web browser for personal and professional work, including work for clients.

3. Your media and files stay yours

You keep all rights to everything you open, create or export with our web apps ("Your Content"). The apps run entirely in your browser: Your Content is processed on your own computer and is never uploaded to, stored by, or accessible to APN. Anything an app saves, such as an autosaved session or your preferences, is stored only in your browser on your computer. If you email your notes, the app opens your own email program; if you export, the file is saved to your computer. We claim no ownership of, and receive no license or other right to, Your Content. App Privacy explains this in detail. The only information some web apps send us is what you choose to enter to unlock them (your email address, and your first name if you add it) and the name of the app, as explained in App Privacy.

4. What you may not do

You may not copy, re-host, redistribute, sell or frame our web apps, build competing apps from their code or design, or remove our notices. Your browser has to download an app's code to run it; viewing it there is fine. Some apps include open-source components, listed with their licenses in each app's Help screen. Those components are covered by their own licenses, and nothing here limits your rights under them.

5. Changes and availability

The web apps are free, and we host them. We may update, change or discontinue any of them at any time, and we don't promise support or availability. We always welcome feedback at notices@audiopronetwork.com.

6. No warranty

The web apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Keep your own backups, and check exported files (such as markers and notes) before relying on them in a session.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, APN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits or missed deadlines, arising from your use of the web apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US $50.

8. Our website

Visiting audiopronetwork.com is covered by our website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. For the web apps, this license applies, and if anything in the website Terms of Use conflicts with it, this license controls. Nothing in the website Terms of Use gives APN any right to Your Content.

9. Trademarks

The names of our apps and Audio Pro Network are trademarks of Audio Pro Network Inc. Other product names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

10. Ending this license

If you break this license, your right to use the web apps ends.

11. Law

This license is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York. Nothing here takes away consumer rights that the law says can't be waived.

12. Changes to this license

We may update this license. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the web apps means you accept it.
